There is a wealth of wonderful resources available to us in London, both those that involve a visit to school from such people as talented actors, historians, musicians, artists, authors, poets and performers who come and enthrall the girls and also those which take the children out of the classroom environment to places of educational interest in and around the city. The children's learning is enhanced enormously by "seeing and doing" in a vibrant, lively and different way. These are the experiences that reinforce and bring alive the learning going on in class and that stay with the children for a long time afterwards.

These are some of the trips and visits recently undertaken by our pupils:

There are three residential trips that take place each year:

  • Year 4 go to Little Canada on the Isle of Wight for two nights.
  • Year 5 go to York for three  nights on a History trip and
  • Year 6 go to Skern Lodge Field Studies Centre in North Devon for four nights to study Geography, Science and Environmental Sciences.

There is also an optional Ski trip to France for Year 6 during the Easter holidays.
